Ramli Mall – Raffle Draw

Terms and Conditions: E Raffle

The Promotion is valid from 28th February to 11th April 2025.

A customer who spends BHD 20 on a single or combined bill at any outlet of Ramli Mall in a single day is eligible for an electronic raffle Draw (Excluding Lulu Hypermarket, Pharmacy, Telecommunication, and financial/other services).

This promotion is only valid for customers who: 

a. Spend 20 BHD or more in a single or combined bill in all Ramli Mall outlets (Excluding Lulu Hypermarket, Pharmacy, Telecommunication, and financial/other services)

b. The Participant should be 18 years old and above.

To get the raffle coupon, the customer shall: 

• Keep his shopping receipts showing spend of 20 BHD or more during the promotion period.
• Register at the Mall customer service desk, filling all requested details including his receipt ID before 11^th April 2025.

• Participants shall be responsible for giving complete and accurate information to participate in the Promotion.
• A Receipt can be claimed only once.
• Purchase of gift voucher is not included in raffle promotion‎ eligibility.
• The raffle coupons will be sent by SMS/Message.
• The raffle coupons will be issued on valid claims only.
• The raffle coupons will be sent out within 48 working hours.
• The customer needs to save the SMS/Message for future use.
• Ramli Mall is not responsible for raffle coupon delivery failure due to wrong information given by the customer.
• Please be noted that for the registration process, it’s preferable that users use their personal E-mail ID. 
• Ramli Mall is not responsible for raffle coupon delivery failure due to network and technical issues faced by the telecom partners.
• If for any reason the customer wishes to reconfirm the raffle coupons issued to him/her, he/she can visit the Customer Service Desk at the Mall.
• The draw of the winners will be done under the supervision of Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
• The E-Raffle date of Ramli Mall Draw is on 20^th April 2025 for 30 Gold Coins plus one Hyundai Tucson.
• The winner’s names will be also announced on Ramli Malls social media channels.

• To claim the prize, as per the MOIC Bahrain rules, the winner will need to come to the designated store within the stipulated time (mentioned in the message or email communication), with the following documents:

• Original CPR.
• Message from Mall intimating about winning the prize.

• If for any reason, the winner does not come to the designated Mall with the documents to claim the prize within 6 months after promotion ends, then he/she forfeits the prize.
• Employees of Ramli Mall, and their sister concerns, also Participating tenants employees as well as family members of employees are not eligible to participate in the promotion.

LEGAL DISCLAIMERS 

Participation in the promotion constitutes the participant's permission for Ramli Mall to use their names, personal information and/or any statements made by the participants regarding the promotion and Ramli Mall for advertising and promotional purposes without previous notice Remuneration or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

يسري العرض من 26 فبراير إلى 11 أبريل 2025

العميل الذي ينفق 20 دينارًا بحرينيًا على فاتورة واحدة أو مجمعة في أي منفذ في مجمع الرملي في يوم واحد مؤهل للدخول في السحب الإلكتروني (باستثناء لولو هايبر ماركت والصيدلة والاتصالات والخدمات المالية وغيرها).

 هذا العرض صالح فقط للعملاء الذين يتوفر فيهم التالي:

أ/  أنفق 20 د.ب أو أكثر في جميع محلات في رصيد واحد او عدة ارصده في مجمع الرملي ماعدا (لولوهايبر ماركت، الصيدلية، شركات الإتصال، شركات المالية وخدمات الأخرى

ب/  أن يكون عمر المشارك 18 سنة أو أكثر.

من اجل الحصول على كوبون السحب، يجب : 

ا/ الإحتفاظ برصيد الشراء الخاص بك الذي يثبت إنفاق 20 د.ب أو أكثر خلال فترة العرض.

ب/ التسجيل في قسم خدمة الزبائن وملأ كافة البيانات المطلوبة بما فيها رقم رصيد الشراء حتى 11 أبريل 2025.

• يعتبر كل مشترك مسئول مسؤليه كامله عن إعطاء المعلومات الكامله والصحيحه للمشاركة في العرض .

• يمكن المطالبة بالإيصال مرة واحدة فقط.

• شراء كوبون الهدايا لا يؤهلك للدخول في السحب .

• سوف نقوم بإرسال رقم الاشتراك الخاص بك عن طريق رسالة نصية.

• سيصدر رقم كوبون إلكتروني على الأرصدة الصحيحة فقط.

• سوف نقوم بإرسال أرقام السحب الإلكترونية في خلال 48 ساعة خلال أوقات العمل بعد التسجيل.

• يجب على العميل الإحتفاظ برسالة نصية للإستخدام في المستقبل.

• مجمع الرملي غير مسئول عن الفشل في توصيل أرقام كوبونات إلكترونية بسبب معلومات خاطئة من العميل.

• يرجى الملاحظة انه من الأفضل إستخدام البريد الإلكتروني الخاص بك أثناء التسجيل.

• يعتبر مجمع الرملي غير مسئول عن الفشل في توصيل أرقام كوبونات إلكترونية بسبب أي مشاكل فنية أو مشاكل في شبكات الإتصالات.

• إذا أراد العميل إعادة التأكد من أرقام كوبونات إلكترونية الصادرة له، يمكنه زيارة مكتب خدمة العملاء في المجمع.

• سوف يتم السحب على أسماء الفائزين تحت إشراف مسؤولي الوزارة (وزارة الصناعة والتجارة) المعنية.
• سيتم إجراء السحب على الفائزين في السحب الإلكتروني لمجمع الرملي  بتاريخ 20 أبريل 2025 لثلاثين عملة ذهب وسيارة  توسان  هيونداي ..
• سيتم إعلان أسماء الفائزين عبر مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي الخاصة بالمجمع الرملي.
• للمطالبة بالجائزة ، وفقًا لقواعد وزارة الصناعة والتجارة في البحرين، سيحتاج الفائز إلى الحضور إلى المتجر المخصص في غضون الوقت المحدد (المذكور في الرسالة أو البريد الإلكتروني)، مع المستندات التالية:

• بطاقة الذكية البحرينية الأصلية.
• رسالة البريد الإلكتروني أو رسالة نصية من المجمع التي توضح أسم الفائز

• إذا لم يأت الفائز لأي سبب من الأسباب إلى المتجر المعين ومعه الأوراق المطلوبة لأخذ الجائزة خلال 6 أشهر من بعد إنتهاء العرض، فسيخسر الجائزة.
• لا يحق للعاملين في مجمع الرملي والعاملين في العلامات التجارية المشاركة أو لأي من أفراد عائلاتهم الإشتراك في هذا العرض.

إخلاء المسؤولية القانونية

المشاركة في هذا العرض تعطي مجمع الرملي الحق في إستخدام أسماء المشتركين و معلوماتهم الشخصية أو أي تصريحات أدلى بها المشتركون بخصوص هذا العرض أو مجمع الرملي للدعاية و الأغراض الترويجية دون إشعار مسبق أو تعويض، إلا في الحالات التي يمنعها القانون.
